New Interview

Michael from Michaels called me two days ago and I didn't even realize he had called me...So I called him back ASAP today and he said he would like me to come in for an interview this Thursday! Thats TWO job interviews a little more than a week apart! YAY! I love Michaels and I love art. This would be so so so perfect for me.
Anyways. I saw a movie.....ugh. It wasnt exactly what I would call great. It was funny in some parts. But the story line drug on...I dont wanna talk about it too into depth right now. Because I don't want to sound baised because I literally had to sit through it four times....Aparently everyone in my family and some of my friends really wanted to rent the same movie....Get Him To The Greek. I liked most of the movie the first time I saw it...It was funny. It starts off with a rockstar (played by Russel Brand) singing. Tells some of his story then shoots across the world to see the kid from superbad (Jonah Hill) all grown up and sleeping. He works at a record co. and they decide at a meeting later on that day to do a concert with Aldous (Russel Brand) and Jonah Hill's character has to fly to London, pick up Aldous....and...you guessed it. GET HIM TO THE GREEK! But Aldous is a drug addict and alcoholic so getting him to where he needs to be is difficult and "funny" I suppose. Though I must say the humor loses its touch after seeing it a few times within a week...lol anyways. Thats all I'm saying. Till next time....AG

Getting Closer!

So, I got my costume for Halloween! and I had a interview today for a nightshift job at VGs making and decorating donuts! I have to make everything from scratch. Theres no gross frozen crap! And speaking of cooking! My "Movies of the day" I just saw Julie and Julia. I have been meaning to watch it for some time now but I finally got around to it. I laughed, I cried, I was shocked, That movie really connected with me. Im not a famous cook or a famous blogger. But I am trying. lol Of course I think Maryl Streep did a very nice job portraying one of my favorite cooks. This movie will definitely be staying on my shelf for a long time.

Another movie I saw recently was Letters to Juliet. Which I thought was a cute movie but VERY predictable. It was unique in its own ways. I think they started out with a unique story line and changed it along the way making it into a typical romantic comedy. Its funny, its sad. Its cute but like I said...predictable. I knew the ending in the first half hour. They make you hate all the characters that dont plan on sticking around in the movie.

Anyways. Thats all for now i suppose. More about me and more movies to come.

Halloween

Im so excited for Halloween. Theres the creepy chill in the air at night. Cloudy skies. Dark Days. I love it so much. The leaves look like fire and I just ordered my costume! I may be too old to trick-or-treat but I still love to walk around with the little ones in the family and watch them have fun!

Funniest Commercial Ever!

So, I was stumbling around on the interweb and saw this. I watched it with my mouth hanging open and tears streaming down my face from laughing. I LOVE IT! Check it out!
